This session will give an overview of the nearly completed Southeast Recreational Facility (SERF) replacement and the challenged the team faced with such a complicated project.

The talk will include a summary of the scope, innovative solutions to meet the owner needs, takeaways from each of the team members and the importance of coordination and coorperation between a large group of stakeholders.
